Cancellation Policy:

At preroid.com it is our constant endeavor to provide our customers with the quality AAS at competitive prices. If for some reason, the customer wants to cancel an order, he/she can do this before we ship/process the order. Orders which processed, cannot canceled.

• In order to cancel the order:
• -Log into preroid.com account and go to MyAccount –> Order history
• -Identify the ordering customer wish to cancel and click on Cancel button against the order

For the prepaid orders which canceled. The amount will refunded to the payment mode/account that was originally used to make the transaction.

Refund Policy:

Refund will processed to the customer in the following cases:

1. Prepaid orders: Orders which canceled by preroid or Customer before processing, a refund will initiated automatically
2. Prepaid orders and Returned: if for any reason, customer returns part/full of the order within 10 days. Also after the invoice generated, a refund will generated automatically
3. COD orders: in the case of COD orders, return will approved only after thorough examination of the products delivered. In this case it up to the discretion of the company to allow return either partially or fully. However, for such orders, Exchange allowed within 30 days after the invoice generated.

For the cases above, the refund will credited to customer account within 7 working days after the refund generated.

Delivery Policy:

At preroid.com, it our constant endeavor to provide the best service to our customers. And hence we Assure customer the best delivery service. Customer can choose the following while ordering

• Home Delivery: preroid.com will deliver the order at the customer door step. Customer will informed about his order status during the entire process of the delivery

We strive to commit to the delivery time promised to the customer at the time ordering against each order. Customers requested a check for the promised delivery time while ordering medicines
